The AOA Commission on Paraoptometric Certification is extremely grateful for the past and present support you have generously given the Paraoptometric Certification Program.  It continues to rapidly grow and reach paraoptometrics from coast to coast.

The Commission on Paraoptometric Certification members are hoping you will become more involved in assisting us in promoting our practice to the world.  We have one of the most exciting, diversified practices in the market, yet very few people really understand the scope of optometric assisting.

As we are now in the 21^st century, optometry is proving to be one of the fastest growing healthcare professions. As our doctors move forward, the quality of their Paraoptometrics’ skills have excelled. Recognizing the need to promote the practice and Paraoptometric certification, we would like to invite you and your employing optometrist to provide a testimonial supporting AOA Paraoptometric Certification.

Attached you will find a release form for your testimonial. Suggestions may be something to the nature of how your staff has excelled since becoming certified, or what becoming certified has meant to the Paraoptometric. The Commission on Paraoptometric Certification plans to print your testimonials in letters, advertisements, and informational brochures. And, photographs are welcome too. For several years, CIBA Vision has provided the Commission on Paraoptometric Certification with a grant to help support certification. These grant funds enable the CPC to contribute to the ongoing success and future developments of certification. Please help us spread the word about the wonders of AOA Paraoptometric Certification that contribute to the enhancement of optometry.
