Finding an Eye Care Provider

According to the 2012 Consumer Survey, the most frequently cited method American consumers used to find their eye care provider in 2012 was recommendations from family, friends, and/or co-workers, with 30% of participants indicating this was how their eye care provider was found. Two relatively recent methods were added to the survey; "internet search" and "social networking" each yielded less than 3% of consumer responses. This information and more can be found in the 2012 Consumer Survey report.
